I built a resume in Jan of 2022 and then cancelled. They continued to charge me until today. I logged back into my account and I had opted in to receive all communication from them, but after I cancelled I never got another email. They just continued to charge me and hoped I would not notice (which I didn't for quite awhile). Upon contacting the rep pushed me to keep it for 4.95 a month after asking for a refund multiple times and then refunded 11.98. I immediately an email from them for the first time ever. Buyer beware. There are more honest services

The reason for any charges is that our subscriptions are auto-renewing. We have a continuous billing feature that charges the credit card on file after the 14-day trial expires and every four weeks afterward unless they choose to cancel the subscription beforehand.

If there was no cancellation request sent before the trial period, the account is enrolled into a monthly subscription at the regular price. The auto-renewal information is listed in multiple areas like our plans page, the payment information page, and lastly, on your welcoming email, which confirms the 14-day trial purchase and a detailed overview of your new subscription.
