Great results 3 years ago to find tenants/roommates. Lately we don't even get a real match, all of them are miles away and not even within our preferences, and our preferences are wide. We have a 4 bedroom house with 1 of the other 3 rooms available for rent usually twice a year. This last time trying the website we decide not to pay subscription anymore because the last two years we didn't get any potential roommate to even look at the place, so it was a waste of money. Attached is an screenshot of today visit to the website, we are looking to rent a room in our house in Kent WA, the closest "match" is looking like 10 miles away from us.

It's unfortunate that you aren't having much luck on the site. As a bulletin board service it will always depend on what area users are looking to live in, and the preferences they have chosen to match with other users. Hopefully you will be able to find a renter soon.
