I have been trying to reach you guys numerous times via e-mail and phone calls after one of your representative lie to me about cancellation policy, but you guys were/are forever unreachable. Because of corona virus one of my ticket is cancelled, so I am not able to travel, I need cancel my ticket and get my refund.
