“I hope fairyseason can change my mind and send me the items I didn't receive”

I ordered $70 worth of bikinis WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING (an extra $10) a month ago. I didn't receive any of the bikinis or any order number in my email and the site says I have no orders. But check my bank account and the money was taken out So I paid for items I never received and am bikiniless for the cruise I am going on.

Sorry to hear that you have not received your order. To make sure our customer can receive their parcel in time, we have stopped using the shipping company we use before. We hope you can give us a chance and do not post negative review against us. And now 2 shipping method are available in Fairyseason. Standard Shipping normally takes 8-12 business days to deliver and Express Shipping 3-7 business days. All of our items have a processing time that is shown clearly on the product page, so the Receiving time = Processing time + Shipping time
