I placed an order several weeks ago and received a confirmation email, but never received a shipment notification. I have called no less than 15 times and sat on hold for a ridiculous amount of time just for the call to end each time. I have emailed a dozen times with no return. Then I called the ordering number, and they picked up and hung up on me when I asked for customer service. I called right back, and didn't get hung up on the second time. She transferred me to customer service, and FINALLY someone picked up. But it doesn't really matter that she picked up, because she was such a horrible customer service rep. She wouldn't answer my question, and basically said she didn't care to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she didn't transfer me. She said she would have her call me back, which of course she didn't. I have NO idea where my order is. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representative said her name is Fernanda. Avoid this nightmare company.
