I placed an order several weeks ago and received a confirmation email, but never received a shipment notification. I have called no less than 15 times and sat on hold for a ridiculous amount of time just for the call to end each time. I have emailed a dozen times with no return. Then I called the ordering number, and they picked up and hung up on me when I asked for customer service. I called right back, and didn't get hung up on the second time. She transferred me to customer service, and FINALLY someone picked up. But it doesn't really matter that she picked up, because she was such a horrible customer service rep. She wouldn't answer my question, and basically said she didn't care to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she didn't transfer me. She said she would have her call me back, which of course she didn't. I have NO idea where my order is. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representative said her name is Fernanda. Avoid this nightmare company.

All it fine and well until you actually want to get your funds from selling a gift card. They say that you can receive your money via ACH, PayPal, or a check in the mail. Might seem okay until you realize that they charge $30 for a paper check, PayPal wouldn't authorize the transfer because they don't deem them trustworthy, and the ask for a social security number to do an ACH transfer. Not giving my social to a company that PayPal doesn't think is trustworthy. I sat on hold for hours trying to get them to wave the $30 fee since PayPal wouldn't allow a transfer, and they wouldn't budge. It took them days to respond to anything via email, and their hold times were completely ridiculous. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I still have yet to figure out a way to get my money.
