They delivered my ice cream and milk and left it out in the heat with no message my order was delivered. I contacted them and sent pics, and they still refused to give me a refund. They're thieves.

I ordered a gift card for my daughter and son who live out of state. I ordered it the week before Christmas and they never got it. First these thieves said they were going to give me a refund and now they refuse. I ordered from them and paid them but somehow the card is supposedly not sent from gift card granny
