They used to be great but now they cancel every single order and in addition to the wasted time you're still charged for the purchase and don't get a refund for 3-5 business days so you lose valuable money that could've potentially been used for an alternative gift card site.

I went through 3 different verification steps - a text to my phone, an email with a clickable link, and an other email with a second verification code. My bank approved the transaction. A while later I received cancellation notice from Gift Card Granny. No reason given. They tied up my funds for days because the charge is pending.
I placed an order for an ecard, checked in with the receiver (for their birthday) where they said they didn't receive the email. Logged into the site and it was canceled. So, I tried again, validated that I used the correct bank card, submitted it again. I checked an hour later, after I received an email that it was being processed, and it had already been canceled again. Contacted customer support and they said "As the gift card industry is highly regulated, we are unable to provide further details as to the specific reasons your transaction was declined. We would highly recommend that you seek an alternative solution or vendor at this time."
I absolutely will seek an alternate solution.
This card does not work! And when you tell them it doesn't work the only thing they'll do is tell you to load it onto your Amazon because that's the only way it works! It's worthless as a gift card and they do not refund u!

I was excited when I saw this but then the headaches began. I entered all my details perfectly correctly. The card could not be confirmed. Erased everything. Reentered all correct information double checking. Still couldn't confirm card. Card wasn't declined because it never was confirmed. Checked details again everything is correct on my end. Couldn't confirm card. Changed card information to new card. Same thing happened, "can't confirm card." Tried two more times no card could be confirmed. Gave up.
I tried to buy a E gift card for my friend but the process didn't go through. What was worst was that they took money from my account almost every month. Don't do business with this site they are unprofessional and shady.
I ordered a gift card with FedEx shipping for my wife's birthday. It never came and I was never notified. I called and they said that they arbitrarily cancelled the order because I was a new customer. They also lied to me saying that they sent a cancellation email, when in fact I received a confirmation email.
They were non apologetic and essentially said "tough luck".

I received a gift card from red Robin and it was a print off from the computer and no bar code for red Robin to scan so it can't be used tried calling the phone number and no one answers no cards were sent THIS IS A SCAM if it was legit you would have a regular gift card and someone would answer the phone come on people there was 2 25.00 gift cards I can't do anything about really people get it together never use these SCAM artists
If I could give these pieces of crap 0 stars I would. My order was delayed by fed ex, when I emailed to ask for a tracking number or even a confirmation email, they told me no order existed. I told them since no order existed they could give me a full refund including the expedited shipping. Then seemingly once given a different email address to try, they found my order. Didn't even ask if I still would like a refund or it sent, just cancelled it, told me the card wouldn't work and they would refund me. They proceeded to send me texts with what I said in quotations, what an odd thing to do. Don't do business with them. I should have read the reviews. A absolute scam.
