After my first order I received an email confirming my purchase and and the ship date. Because I had paid for a shipping upgrade (2 day shipping) I was surprised to see a receive by date of 5 days later. I called the company 35 minutes later and waited on hold for 10 minutes. I was told that it takes a few days to package up the items and there was nothing that can be done because the order was placed over 30 minutes ago. No canceling the order, no changing the shipping, nothing. Going on a trip for valentines day was the entire purpose of this purchase and for this crap company to offer not a single solution is entirely frustrating.

First of all, we want to apologize for the unfortunate experience you had with the shipping of your first order.

We know how important it is, especially in this period, to ship out orders in a timely manner and that's why we're doing our best to process and ship out as many orders as possible every day.

We were able to look into your account and we are very sorry to see that your order has been processing for a long period of time. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of being processed. We do acknowledge that this is simply unacceptable.

We deeply regret the bad experience this has caused you. We recently had a huge volume of incoming orders that we did not anticipate and that has caused some mix-up and delay with some of the packages. We have since then sent a second team to the warehouse to reduce the processing time to normal and to ensure that this kind of delay will never happen again.

To show that we do value you as a customer, we have already processed a refund for the expedited shipping fee paid, as we do not wish for you to pay the price for a service that is not 100%.

We once again apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
