Hello!
I'd like to write regarding an issue I experience today. Initially, I did call regarding my expired credits $170 which I had no idea about having. Today, I wanted to place an order and use some of the credits but they were not available. I did call customer service to ask if they are able to reinstate some of the credits.
I explained that I had no idea about these credits and feel bad to loose them. The nice gentleman told me he can give $50 as a credit and I asked if he could do more as I had more credits. I said it is holiday season, cyber week and I asked if supervisor could help and reinstate more credits. I was connected to Jocklyn B., she told me that she is supervisor and she would not reinstate any more credits and instead of giving me $50 credit as initially was given to me, she did lower the amount to only $25. How great was that?!
I told her it's outrageous to do that as I was initially given the $50 credit. She said thats all she can do. So, instead of helping and doing one time curtesy to reinstate more credits, she did lower the amount.
It is absolutely not the way to appreciate the rualala customers!

Terrible customer service. They do not know how to treat customers and how to respond to certain requests. Cloth they sell is not that cheap if combined with the shipping price they charge. Quality is poor. Never ever will spend a penny there!

This response from TBDress is total BS. It is automatically generated just to show that TBDress cares and wants to help which in real is opposite. Me, same as many, many other cheated customers tried to call these numbers, and it is not possible to reach anyone from that company. It does not make any sense to send them emails because they just will be asking you to send another email with more pictures of defected item, they will tell you to go to the tailor by yourself to fix an item, or will tell you to wait another month for an order to come even if it is already month late, and so on... This company has to be shut down!
