First time customer. I ordered tires (for a good price) on 1/8/18. The tires were supposed to be shipped in 1-3 days. Today was 3 days but they have not been shipped. I have tried to chat with Customer Service but always start with at least 30 people in front of me then somehow always end up getting disconnected before it's my turn. Tried texting repeatedly but never received a response. Tried calling repeatedly but can never get through. If my tires aren't going to ship tomorrow at the latest, I want to cancel the sale and have my money refunded!
1/12/18 - I finally managed to chat with someone from Customer Service and they cancelled order. Now I have to wait and see if my payment is refunded
