After trying multiple times, my order still won't go through. I'm wondering how this company can stay in business when you have to deal with this problem. I have ordered from them before and didn't have this problem.

Not much. The FEDEX driver left the box standing on end on my porch. There were large arrows showing how to place the box. So most of the cherry juice leaked out of the pie.
