If you aren't yet aware, True Telecom are being investigated by OFCOM for their malpractices and breaches of regulations dating back to October 2015 to present.

If you are existing customers, complain to OFCOM and the communications Ombudsman about your experiences. We all need to club together to get these cowboys shut down for good!
