Ordered a shower head on 22nd Feb from a company advert featured on Facebook and after emailing company twice got a reply saying goods despatched and two tracking numbers. Tracking numbers told me nothing. Their phone always engaged. Paid though PayPal and have tried to get a refund through the a resolution Centre but no luck there either. Have emailed company again but nothing!

Have always been pleased with their service and quick delivery.

I ordered some levers for my bike and have to say how very helpful Nick was. After several phone calls I placed my order which arrived the next day. There was a query with the fitting of the levers but one call to Nick who rang me straight back with the answer - problem solved. Levers look good and work a treat. Would recommend this company as their pricing is good too.

This company and all the other names it goes under are rubbish. Cheap, nasty clothes. They don't despatch within time scales stated. Refunds are difficult to get and you never get a full refund. My dress arrived damaged and the damage was right on the front of the dress and there was no way when it was packed that it could not have been spotted.

I really don't know how this company/companies are still allowed to trade on the Internet.

BEWARE - don't buy from them!
