Why am I paying $55 in service fees for a ticket I bought through the venue website. Absolute highway robbery and I have no option to cancel my order after realizing this. If anyone in customer service can help me, please reach out because I'm basically buying a 3rd ticket at that rate which is absolutely insane to me
Tip for consumers:
Make your ticket checkout easier to read and I also should be allowed to cancel my transaction within 24 hours without the insurance, I feel like I was kind of ripped off a bit
