I have been trying to get in contact with them FOR THREE WEEKS because I need to reschedule my hotel reservation. The hotel gave verbal approval but they need the email from ticketsatwork to be sent YET TICKETSATWORK REFUSES TO. THREE WEEKS. I have already contacted them several times and they refuse to send out the email to the hotel. SCAM. I have read their response to every review: "please contact us with your order number"... I HAVE. PLEASE SOLVE THIS.
