Fraudulent and dishonest business practices! Will charge your account monthly without your express permission... Total scam from beginning to end... Their customer service employees seem to be scam artists as well... I told her that her company was going to get into trouble because of their policies... She was totally rude, defensive, and resistant... Don't give them your money... Because if you do, they will continue to take it on a monthly basis without you express consent. I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE COULD BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. If anyone knows about this -- please so advise. Thank you
