Ashford talks the talk but doesnt do the walk. I had to call 3 times just to get a clarification of the shipping. First call the rep Kurtyce Cole said he is going to send me a shipping label, waited a few days and then I called again, the lady rep said that all you have to do is print the label and place it on the box and is prepaid by Ashford, hour later same email no prepaid label. I call again and now I'm told that you have to pay for the shipping. I'm upset because not only I wasted my time, but the information was wrong. I'll probably just stick with Jomashop, I have been buying from them for years and have not had any issues in returns.
