Customer service is a joke. Each rep tells you something different. Shipments are sent to the wrong address repeatedly. Returns are practically impossible. You're told to ship things back via UPS w/o a return label and when UPS refuses to pick it up, attempts to return at the physical store is impossible because the wrong SKU # was entered. They had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a credit for a much less amount that i purchased the merchandise and finally after about 45 minutes they were able to refund me my money. Kohls was apologetic and embarrassed by Kohls.com.
