Most of the materials are soft, but there are two sharp points at the front closure, and the side seams are uncomfortable. The straps are not adjustable. This bra feels cheaply made, but is expensive. It does not provide good support. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
The purchase process was easy and quick, delivery was prompt, and the blinds look wonderful! Installation instructions were excellent, too. I would definitely work with Blindster again.

In the meantime, I don't want you to have to keep the bras if you are not happy with them.
