Terrible communication. Came to our rental in nirthstar. Dirty carpet n walls. Crumbs in utensil drawers. Dirty towels under bathroom sink. Dirty placemats.other guests shampoo left on bathtub shelf. Only about $50 refund with all the fees if I cancelled even during covid 19 two months before we were to arrive. Emailed questions Noone responded till days before arrival. We had already left before then. Not happy for what I paid.
