I am the care provider for a 96.5 year old blind female. She was given a 23.6 fluid ounces bottle of "OLAY Ultra Moisture Advanced" Body Wash (With Shea Butter, Vitamins B3, B5, and E.) as holiday giftShe applied a small amount to her face (cheeks and nose) after completing her pre-bedtime hygiene regimen, at 8:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, 21 Dec 23. Then she went to bed. In bed, her face began to burn and itch. She had a miserable night. As her care provider, I saw her the following morning, today, Friday, 22 Dec 23, at 6:00 a.m. Her face was beet red. She continued to feel a burn. I called the "OLAY Questions" number at *******261. The male clerk who responded acted exactly in the image of the non-performers who plague the American work force today. After obtaining the product information, he read to me from a script. When I had to repeat myself in response to his questions I decided he either was not paying attention or could not hear me. After he complained that I was "yelling at him," I gave up. This was our first and will be our last experience with any OLAY product.
