[Groupon Customer Service Chat] Oh I understand, James. Well, I was reviewing this order here, but the deal has been purchased more than 3 days ago. Groupons new Cancellation Policy allows customers to cancel and get refunded for the purchase as long as theyre in the 3 days window. Anything past 3 days the vouchers are non-refundable and cant be canceled. Neither can it be exchanged for one closer. I'm sorry, James.
