Ordered an Evolution Racewerks Catless Downpipe that Mike confirmed would work and fit my BMW. Ended up not fitting properly and he charged me shipping fee for the return when it was his wrong recommendation? Made all kinds of excuses and would not own up to his mistakes and provide good customer service. Pretty unethical business model. No thanks.

Placed my first order with this online site and was a bit skeptical, but pleasantly surprised. I ordered the wrong item and called to initiate a return. Spoke with a representative today by the name of Rae and was provided excellent customer service. Was very impressed as she went out of her way to resolve my concern and assisting me with finding the right product. Their pricing is by far the most competitive I've seen online and very fast shipping. Would highly recommend giving them a try!

I hope these crooks will go bankrupt soon. Their stock prices have dropped tremendously and it's just a matter of time. These unethical bastards have cheated so many businesses and extorted so much money in return for being left alone with their online presence.

If the businesses does not pay for marketing, they will ruin them by removing all good reviews a leaving all bad reviews posted.

Well I hope karma will get them and all their employees too. Rot in hell losers!

Worse company to work with. They will rip you off and trick you to transfer your hard earned credit card reward points to get a minimal price reduction on the already inflated business class seats. I should have transferred my points with a preferred airlines and book the round trip for half the cost of what I spent with Skylux. Very unethical and unscrupulous way of doing business.

I was working with Vienna and she booked me with the worse seats on KLM and Air France. Do not ever fly with these 2 airlines as they are notorious for delayed flights which will become your worse nightmare as it was for me. I lost a whole day to my destination because of all the delays one after the next. It was the most stressful experience ever on any trip and now I am struggling to get my money from the airlines for the delayed flight through filing a claim. I also lost a day with a hotel I booked which I will not be able to recoup the funds from the airlines. Filing a claim is the biggest waste of time and the airlines will make it so difficult for you to get your money... many people just give up or use a 3rd party company that will charge between 25%-50% fee for filing the claim on your behalf. You're screwed either way...

Vienna will talk real nice to get your money and try to sell you insurance for your trip. Don't ever buy the insurance as it is just a waste of money. After I paid for everything... the service with Vienna completely went south and she was not responding to any of my emails regarding seating arrangement issues.

Stay away from this company unless you want to get taken for a serious ride... especially with Vienna.
