I have been dealing with this site and their "customer service" department all morning! They couldn't help me, and I was forced to go in circles on the confusing website that jumps around too much. I finally was able to redeem one of the vouchers, a couple hours later I recieve a message from my bank that I was charged by Groupon for something I DID NOT purchase!! I now can't reach anyone in customer service, it's the middle of the day!?! Stealing my money is unacceptable! I will NEVER waste my time or money again!
