“So many video issues that could be patched easily, but have remained for several years”

Like the title suggests, Crunchyroll has several critical flaws in a streaming service, the first and foremost is that the videos either don't play, buffer so much you want to claw your eyeballs out, or the quality swings from 1080p to 240p. This makes the service very frustrating to use and can very turn a quick 10-minute video into a $#*!ty hour.

Tip for consumers:
Stop putting up this and go to some other streaming service that actually cares.
