This website is a rip-off! If you're lucky, you might get a pair of shoes that show up what you thought you were getting but, if you don't you can forget about any help from the site and your time and money are gone!

Usually, your refund will be completed by your bank within 10-15 working days. Please contact your card issuing bank to check in their reversal system whether there is a refund record from China in USD. “Do you know that "seller" ( thieves) in dhgate only have to pay a fee to dhgate for breaking their policies and dhgate let them continue ripping off customer. Now you know how dhgate make 120 billion since 2004.”
