Although I love the carpet I ordered from them when I wanted a return they returned the money to the wrong account. And when I called to speak with somebody I couldn't get in touch w/the supervisor. Their customer service is horrible and they wouldn't even address the problem at hand and instead wanted me to wait 3-5 business days. I wouldn't buy from them again! Today when I called again Courtney hung up on me after pretending not to hear me.

Tip for consumers:
Look around at other places before you purchase here. Pay in full also and not in increments because you may get screwed over.

Products used:
A gold cheetah carpet that was too big for my room and I got another one that was $200 less than wayfair.
