We are a current customer renewing. I wrote for help, they told us to call the toll free number. I did and had to leave a message. I renewed for two years and now the site, which had our name does not have the info we put in years ago. What is up with that please? We are generally happy with this service.
Hi Jack, we tried contacting you on 4/24/20 but we never received a response. Apologies for any inconvenience here. It looks like we have discovered what has happened.
It looks like you have actually created two different DeleteMe accounts, which is why your data sheet was not transferred to the new account. The first account was started in May 2017 and it looks like the new one was just created on 4/23/20. We realize that this is a flaw in our system and you should not be allowed to create two different DeleteMe accounts using the same email address. We have resolved this issue so this will not happen moving forward.
When we look at the two accounts now it does look like you've completed the data sheets in the new account, which is great.
