There was essentially no progress in getting my info off the data broker sites between my two reports three months apart. Despite the opt out requests purportedly being "sent", I was removed from only a couple sites. This was offset by my info appearing on other brokers from which it was previously absent! You have no way of verifying that the opt out requests are being sent correctly, or at all. DeleteMe only deletes your money, not your data. There is a reason that want full payment up front. It feels a like a scam. Don't waste your cash. Either do it yourself or look for a more reliable competitor who can actually deliver what they promise.

Mostly ineffective, too expensive. Poor customer service. We tried them for 2 years. Our family informed deleteme of sites where our names still appeared after 2 years and they were argumentative and would not assist. It doesn't do any good to remove your name from 7 of 10 sites if your names still appear on the internet. You have wasted your money. Our main disappointments with delete me was poor customer service and failure to try to assist when notified of the above.

Service does NOTHING, it is a total waste of money. There were no changes to the amount of information on me, they claimed that they had my info removed from several sites but it never happened.
