We dropped them after 2 years. They miss several companies that post your private info, and will not assist to have your info removed from those sites when we called them. Why have your personal info removed from 7 of 10 sites, you are still on the internet. More of a scam.

Can't say for sure, but feels like a scam. You have no way of verifying that the opt-out requests are actually being sent correctly, or even at all.
