Very very poor customer services (and I see a lot of such comments).
I have provided a robust but negative review to my customer services experience (I tried to find out why Farfetch does not allow me to choose payment currency as per boutiques currency. This is most logical and do not cause problems at custom clearance, unlike their current approach to set currency based on location).
After this negative review customer services started to put on me extra requirements during next order. And this is after order was placed, confirmed and money has been withdrawn.
In 5 days I was threaten that they want me to agree with their pricing policy in general otherwise my order will be canceled.
When I said that I do not think that their pricing approach is in customers interest and I will not buy from them as much as from other on-line retailers. And this is a one-off order where I understand pricing policy after previous discussion. They canceled my order with the reason that I am the only dissatisfied Russian customer and I am not a Farfetch adept.
I wonder what if all on-line shops will approve orders only from a certain selection of customers? Sounds like a harassment
