I ordered a WAC Lighting pendant fixture from YLighting and received within one week. I removed the fixture from the box and held the fixture in the proposed location for review to only realize I did not like the fixture. I placed the fixture back into the box and returned to YLighting after 2-3 weeks of waiting on WAC Lighting to respond to the return request and send a return label. I was notified yesterday (8/7/17) by YLighting customer service that WAC Lighting claims I installed the fixture and did not even return the hardware. What's even worse than this false accusation is that now YLighting will absolutely not refund my money for the purchase and sides 100% with the manufacturer with no regard to their customer. As an online lighting retailer how can protect your customer who truthfully never installed a fixture, much less even removed the hardware for the work. I cannot fathom the poor retail practices on the part of both WAC Lighting and YLighting. Please know that YLighting is only an "order taker" and has zero stock of light fixtures. So if you have an issue with the fixture you will not receive support despite paying them their middle-man percentage. Extremely disappointed.
