I ordered 2 wall lights and when they arrived they didn't fit a US junction box and they wanted me to just screw them into the wall?! It took rounds of photos and emails each taking 5 day turnaround to finally get them to return it That was 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for the shipping label. Don't waste your time or money, dealing with customer service is a nightmare.

The lights I ordered took 6 weeks to arrive and when they did I couldn't install them as they weren't up to code. Save your time and money as their customer service is terrible. I ended up paying to ship the lights back just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore.

I don't recommend buying from them at all. They're not processing my return. I bought a TV stand...

One of the disadvantages of shopping online is you are unable to see and touch the item physically, so sometimes the quality of the real items can not meet your expectations.
