I was comparing pricing to buy mulch and thought their deal was quite good and paid the delivery charges for the 3 quantities. They stated delivery will be by 31 Mar and I was thinking the other sites delivered earlier but thought should be fine. 31st came and went and no update on my delivery no explanation where my order was. I tried contacting living social/ wowcher on their number and because of Covid they are unable to answer phone calls and we need to chat on WhatsApp. I didn't know you can contract COVID over the phone, that's new! Someone was supposed to respond to me within 24 hours it said. Someone did. He said delivery will be received by 6th April and I was emailed the order tracking number which after a few days still showing no signs my order is being dispatched. We are the 9th April and still NO deliveries. I ordered this on the 23rd Mar and they debited my account but so far no clue where my order is after 17 days! I have to chase the supplier Thompson and Morgan?

I requested for a refund since they have not despatched the item as per the order tracking and I had waited long enough. Thompson and Morgan then reached out and offered for me to wait for the delivery or get a refund. I opted to get a full refund.

Do not use them. I cancelled the account and requested the necessary to be done. I was forced to pay for the previous month and up to cancellation date by card. The bonline staff said the direct debit will be cancelled automatically upon cancellation. They knew I was leaving the company on that Friday. The bill was fully paid and surprise surprise on Friday a direct debit was also charged. The following week cancellation team calls me to find out the reason for the cancellation and started arguing when I mentioned I thought this call was about the double charge to the account. He started arguing with me that I should have talked to the cancellation team to avoid this. I called to cancel the account and I expected them to do the necessary to cancel the account not try to blame me for their incompetence and greed!

Be warned this is a scammer. They will show you the webtrader platform and how much profit or margin you can make. The "platform" is fake. You will not see your money again. Ben Vertis will keep asking you for more money for an event but you will never be able to withdraw your funds as he claims. The phone numbers on their site are unreachable. Stay away from them.
