Waste of time, do not bother. Their items are refurbished but they are not of a good quality. They are misleading consumers into purchasing their products. You will be unhappy from the moment that you receive the device. Their customer service will promise to get back to you, and they do not.
Tip for consumers:
The customer service does not care about your complaints, and you will not receive a follow up from anyone on their team as they say in your chats.
