Avoid at all cost! This company keeps asking you for more and more personal information. I think they might be harvesting the info for illegal purposes. I put in an order. Paid for it via Paypal. Then they emailed me asking for a document proving my delivery address and my phone number. I provided mu mobile no and a Government issued document with my address - the same address as the shipping address on my order; and the same address as my Paypal address which they have access to. Then they emailed me again, this time wanting my company email and a copy of my Staff ID. I emailed them on my company email to tell them that they cannot have my Staff ID. They either ship me the phones or refund me the money. They did neither; went silence for a day then said they need more time for "checking and reviewing the order". After waiting another day with no reply, I filed a dispute with Paypal to recover my money. (My order no is *******.)

My family are in Russia for the FIFA World Cup. We booked our Moscow accommodation about 3 months ago. We arrived in Moscow at 10pm tonight only to find no one to meet us at the apartment we booked. After a long and expensive phone call with booking.com Sydney office, we were told that the booking is no longer available. They then proceeded to cancel our booking! There is a FIFA World Cup in Russia at the moment and all accommodations have been booked out. Here we are, stranded in a foreign street in a foreign city. It is already 12 midnight and we are tired and have no where to go to stay the night. If you are arriving late in a foreign city and you value your comfort and safety, do not book with booking.com! Bought a set of DVD from a guy in Hong Kong. Item apparently was shipped from China but get stuck with the courier for some reason. They considered the transaction completed in the meantime. I query Taobao, and they said they won't look at it any longer. They asked me to contact seller. Seller asked me to contact the courier and "advised" me that next time before I buy, I should check that the item can be shipped to Australia (that's where I live). I called the courier and they said will ship back to buyer. Buyer said he will refund once he has the item back. Then nothing! I contacted buyer and he won't reply to me anymore. After going through a lot of trouble, no DVD, no refund! I am staying with eBay, much safer. (Taobao, if you are listening, the transaction no is **************.)
