I am completely SHOCKED and appalled at the way this company is run. I obviously made the mistake of ordering 8 items and paying close to $300 My credit card was charged immediately, and a confirmation email was sent. The website states all in-stock items will be shipped within 4-5 business days, (all were in stock) and an email would be sent confirming that, along with tracking info. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I reached out multiple times to the phone number listed on the website, but there is no way you can get through to speak with a customer representative. They don't answer. I submitted an email and received a generic email back immediately, informing me someone would reach out. Today, I received another email that I had been refunded an amount of $42.12 however there was no explanation as to what the refund was for. The refund amount did not reflect the shipping amount, nor did the refund amount match any of the 8 items I had ordered. In the meantime, I checked with the Better Business Bureau and found multiple (like hundreds) of complaints lodged against this company that were indeed shocking, all complaints carrying the same common thread of terrible customer service, items not being delivered, shipping issues, items being left out, as well as numerous other complaints. I then did a Google search and found numerous complaints that were all similar in nature about this company. I am so disheartened, and it's my mistake for trusting that this was a good company. I am sharing this so others may know what to possibly expect...and also sharing this so that the company will know that there's multiple issues that they should probably work on and deal with before promising customers service they may not be able to provide.
