Pat McGrath Labs has, in my opinion, some of the best makeup available and at a rather competitive price! She often has great sales like the two purchases I made recently. One on a buttery eyeshadow palette and another on 2 silky lipsticks. I don't know if returns are an issue as I've never tried but the customer service is phenomenal! I had a concern over a coupon code I had for 10 percent off and emailed them. No questions asked, I was given the discount without any further communication necessary.

WISH ID SEEN THIS SITE FIRST, WORST SERVICE EVER!
I've been trying to either get my order or return my other orders total in all over 500.00 for 2 months now, do not order from the website directly, it's an email contact only and as one other review stated, very shallow, unwilling to help and biggest mess of a company i've ever encountered. Email after email and returns that are sitting for weeks while they hold your money and refuse to ease this process. I'm going to the better business bureau and the attorney general to file complaints for my money back. Save yourself a huge headache and waste or weeks at a time, do not order from Pat McGrath.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I purchased multiple items during the holidays and spend hundreds of dollars. It took 2 weeks to receive my items. I reached out to Customer Support via email ( I would have called, but there is no customer service phone number listed- 1st red flag) to advise that I received the wrong shade for 2 items and requested to exchange for the correct item. I sent 4 emails and it took them 14 days to respond. The customer service representative was dismissive and unhelpful. She stated that the 30 day period had past. First of all, they sent me the wrong color, second it took 2 weeks to receive my order and another 14 days to receive a response to my email. Completely unacceptable! Do not! I repeat DO NOT purchase any products from this company. They have customer service is lacking and the products are mediocre. This is NOT a "luxury" brand. They do not value their customers and from what I can see from the reviews posted online, they do not value their reputation.

So I ordered some things on sale they had and this was not my first time shopping with pat McGrath but it was the first time I got no package so I tried contacting UPS first but no help all they say is it got delivered but who knows where cause I didn't get anything so then I contacted customer service at patmcgrath multiple times but never got a response and there's no number you can call you can only email them for help But it's all BS Because no one ever answers after 3 emails I never got help or a response which really saddened me because for it to be patmcgrath you expect help and actual customer service but none whatsoever. I'm done with patmcgrath I'll stick to companies you can actually reach out to. So if you order here just know you'll get no help if anything goes wrong.

Tip for consumers:
Buy from her website rather than Sephora's, the delivery is much faster and customer service much kinder.

First of all I love Pat McGrath, when I heard she was lunching a makeup line, I had to see what the buzz was all about! As you can see from the picture! Yess she's ready, as In, I am ready. This product feels soft on the skin, & natural. I purchased mothership VI pallet, foundation, lip stick, primer, face powder,,, lord... it's expensive but worth it! Look I am not rich either,, I love good things! For those of us who are always on the move yess I love. Thanks pat you did that!

I am completely SHOCKED and appalled at the way this company is run. I obviously made the mistake of ordering 8 items and paying close to $300 My credit card was charged immediately, and a confirmation email was sent. The website states all in-stock items will be shipped within 4-5 business days, (all were in stock) and an email would be sent confirming that, along with tracking info. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I reached out multiple times to the phone number listed on the website, but there is no way you can get through to speak with a customer representative. They don't answer. I submitted an email and received a generic email back immediately, informing me someone would reach out. Today, I received another email that I had been refunded an amount of $42.12 however there was no explanation as to what the refund was for. The refund amount did not reflect the shipping amount, nor did the refund amount match any of the 8 items I had ordered. In the meantime, I checked with the Better Business Bureau and found multiple (like hundreds) of complaints lodged against this company that were indeed shocking, all complaints carrying the same common thread of terrible customer service, items not being delivered, shipping issues, items being left out, as well as numerous other complaints. I then did a Google search and found numerous complaints that were all similar in nature about this company. I am so disheartened, and it's my mistake for trusting that this was a good company. I am sharing this so others may know what to possibly expect...and also sharing this so that the company will know that there's multiple issues that they should probably work on and deal with before promising customers service they may not be able to provide.
