Not my first order and all previous and this one was very easy and complete. All previous orders were excellent in product and function. My Rxs have changed frequently and Payne Glasses have always been accurate and correct.

On 23 Jan. 19 I ordered a Magellan GPS from FactoryStoreOutlets. About one hour after I ordered I received an e-mail asking me to contact them. When I did I was informed the item was on back order. Yesterday 6 Feb. 19 I called to check on the status of the order. I was told it was still on back order and they did not know when it would be filled. I cancelled the order and requested a refund so I could try to make a local purchase. I was notified by paypal today at 10:00 am MST that the refund had been received. 5 minutes later I received an e-mail from FactoryStoreOutlets that the refund had been made. This is excellent service. Good on them and I would not hesitate to make future purchases from this vendor.
