As many others have said, I thought I was paying for 14 days at 3.95 and that was it. I didn't see the fine print that it doesn't end it charges 34.95 with no notifications to your email after the initial 3.95. I am sorry to say, I thought it was a professional cost for my spouse (didn't recognize it) for several months before I realized what was happening. Tried to ask for refund(since I never went back on the site) of course they did not. So $140 for 1 page barely useable résumé and I am sick over the scam I just was a part of. (Oh and there is a foreign transaction charge so I am assuming this is an Indian site or some othe 3rd world country with no BBB consumer advocate to try and police the ripoff companies)
Hi Harry,
Thanks for your comments.
The subscription that you paid has a recurring billing feature and you can cancel at any time. Our subscription prices and policies are not in fine print, but rather are clearly stated in the details of the subscription underneath each price option, in bullet point form as well as in the confirmation email you receive once you subscribe. We do offer several ways to cancel including by phone, live chat, email, and self- cancellation in your Account Settings if service is no longer needed.
