Two years ago my sister bought a brand new Dodge Journey 2014. Since the very beginning the vehicle started giving problems with the GPS system PLUS the car suddenly starting stopping for unknown reasons. To make the story short, my sister has taken the car to the Mc peek Dogde Dealer several time since she has had the car. In those several occasions they were and have been unable to fix the car; Never figured out why the car just stop running with no reason at all. Several times the car has been in the dealer shop for days and days for repair and nothing. While they have had the car in for repair my sister, instead of been driving a new car, I often see her with and old car that they provided her. One of many occasions they blame her for the problem. I can testified that the car looks like brand new inside and outside with great maintenance. After many back and forth the dealer solemnly ask my sister for a meeting at the dealer to see what they can do to to streighten the situation (fix the car) and to see what kind of exchange or something they could do. The day came like 15 days ago (today is 06-25-2016) for the meeting. My sister wen to the meeting just to be given a phone number from the munufacturer!. That was the "meeting". In other words they washed their hands saying that the fact that the car does not work was not their responsability. "JUST CALL THE MANUFACTURER". The dealer sold a FAULTY CAR and now they just don't care. The treated my system with no respect at all and I attributed this lack of respect do to the fact that she is hispanic and I also call this DESCRIMINATION. My rate for this shameless people is MANY TIMES ZERO. They were easy and all smile when taking her money (How do I know? I was with her when she bought the car and live in the same house) and reluctant, hard and shameless when they have to take responsibility..

I was entering products in etsy, almost the same products that i previously
Reserched in their website. Most of the products in etsy are not handmade, so they let me post my products and i paid up fromt like $80.00 in posting fees. Like two weeks after i posted some products they terminated my account saying that my products were not suitable for etsy. I replied to them that my products were the same at the one they allowed other people to sell. They replay that my products were "very commercial" (my product is body piercing) that not defer much of other. In the website. After various requestes to be reinstalled or at least reimburse my money, they said No. They also tried to intimidate me saying that " Please do not open any new accounts as they will be closed without notice" "This message is a private conversation between you and Etsy. Please respect this confidentiality and refrain from distributing this communication without permission from Etsy" They did not returned my money. And probably I needed their permission to post this review!

I DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG, EVER. They did not care that I spent lot of time and effort. I had more that 2000 items for sale. I would never make businnes again with bonanzle, since they has demostrated to me that they are very unprofessional.
