My friend, with whom I was supposed to go to Billie Eillish concert passed away due to COVID. I called vivid seats to get a refund, but they refused the refund, and told me to resell the tickets. They are inhumane and horrible to deal with. The ticket specifically states that they will make accomodations due to COVID, but that is a lie. I will never buy tickets from them again.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM VIVID SEATS. SAVE YOUR MONEY
