If you read all their replies to the people who complain about their scam refund they say the annual payment can be refunded for 30 days and the monthly can be canceled at any time. THAT MEANS THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT.
So I signup for a month to get a product they show as being in stock at a deep discount and then it turns out its out of stock and I try to get a refund 10 minutes later and they deny it. Total crap policy and the way they keep responding to everyone with this misleading "cancel at any time" crap is infuriating.
Tip for consumers:
Get the annual plan and and cancel after your purchase to get the refund.

I saw a product at deep discount so I signed up for the 1 month non refundable membership only to see that the product was not available when I tried to buy it and they will not refund the membership. This is a scam to get you to signup. Google recently updated policies to prohibit this type of behavior.
I had to do a charge back through my credit card company to get the money back because they refused to refund me. Don't fall for hard to find items with a low price on this site.

This is the remake of AlloTalk which stole everyone's VIP membership money, then redirected to an affiliate site. Now they open this site up again. You will not get my VIP money again!
This is the best free chat site online. Not just because the rooms are popular but because of how well it is moderated.

321 Chat has been around for almost 20 years. The chat software they use is always up to date and offers the cool features. Like the ability to post youtube videos and audio clips. They offer chat rooms for kids, teens, adults and seniors.
Follow the rules, don't be a troll and you're sure to love it. If you like it and plan to stick around longer than a month, you should upgrade to a VIP account. It is well worth the money.
