Absolutely horrendous customer service. Vivid has ignored my calls and emails for 4 weeks now, and I was only able to get in contact with them via chat. Their phone line has hung up on me several times after moving me from "2nd in line" to 9th. This whole company appears to be a scam.
They told me, despite sending me a part i didn't order, that I couldn't refund it because it had been 30 days. But I reached out the day the item was delivered and heard nothing. They are now refusing to send the part I ordered, because even though the listing says "PPE Engineering Spun Race Car For PPE 2ZZ GE Swap Header 2.5" Outlet 304" and the picture is of a header on an engine, this part is actually a catalytic converter (what they sent me).
I was told on June 8th that I would hear back on "what [they] can do for me" within 48 hours. It has now been a week.
I'm sure these guys are fine when they dont screw up. But when they do, they will go out of their way to make it seem like it's the customer's fault.
