Great customer service and products have brought me back for more.
So far very good, great prices easy website to navigate. Had a problem with one of the plants shipped, FGT reached out to me asked for some pictures. Within 24 hours they gave me store credit. Wonderful!
Had a problem with one plant, FGT stepped up and handle the situation in no time at all. Hands down great service!! BTW all the other purchases are doing great.

Trying to speak to a person I was finally able to do so, being persist paid off since they drop the amount of my bill. No free gift but at least I feel it was a fair solution. The people who I chatted with were helpful even though I was pretty upset. My beef was with PCH not their associates, Thank you for the help in this matter.
We placed an order with PHC just to see what kind of free gift we were going get with the higher priced items and high shipping charges (for a week or so speedy delivery).
Well got my order and guess what? No free thirty dollar gift. Imagine my shock. So the hunt for justice and our free gift begins! I was finally was able to track down a way to chat online and low and behold they say, silly me, I did not click the link so no free gift for you! Really? The wife and I were having some fun with this that day we went through all the steps together like kids getting a big wonderful surprise. You know harmless fun, even taped it. Mentioned the cell phone and to the Rep they said call the office, I said send my gift please. This went on for a bit and sadly we ended up at an impasse. So I gave up and came here. IMO it's all about honoring your promises and you know what if you honored your customers a cheap gift would be sent out just because.

Beware of false promises.

I bought a couple of things since I enter the sweepstakes. Nothing worthy of mention.
Lelo products are expensive and when they work they are fine, when they breakdown or you order through the Lelo website watch out.
We have had three of their products breakdown, when dealing with the returns, replacement and shipping problems it is not worth the hassle or the price.
They send these personal items bulk shipping style using UPS Mail Innovations and can take up to two weeks if your package is not lost.
Funny thing is Lelo provided a first class shipping label for the return which only took two days to reach the destination when shipped out on a Saturday.
You can not even properly track the shipment which in this case is very important. Makes no sense and is so disrespectful to all of their customers.
We have purchased items from other companies like Fun Factory and never had any problems or any need for returns. Lelo No Go No More!

Whenever there's a delay with the shipping during these times, it's because of the additional health and safety measures that have to be implemented due to the current situation. You can always monitor the shipment with the tracking number provided in your order or return shipping label.
