Sold and sent a defective product to me I've been using for years and then proceeded to provide a demeaning experience when I contacted their customer service department. I was provided a replacement that was sent quickly, it's unfortunate my experience had to be colored by people who don't know how to communicate appropriately. The product either dispenses or it doesn't. Was then attacked by one of their "customers" on Twitter when I voiced a concern there which was a little too random and convenient considering the other user just decided to hop on Twitter and peruse Lovelyskin's twitter which has about 1k followers? Too bizarre for words.
