Purchased a defective computer through Newegg. They wouldn't replace it, but did offer a refund. After numerous phone calls I finally have a refund for the piece of junk Surface Pro computer but a month after they received the returned product still no refund yet on the keyboard or software I purchased with the computer. It is not worth using this seller, avoid at all cost!

Once the carrier service picks up from our facility and scans it into their systems, they will then determine the estimated date of arrival. You can see that date by clicking on your tracking number that is provided to you once your order has been verified and shipped.
