If I buy a theme that has a certain "look" it is because I want THAT and then adapt it. What I got was an empty shell that I have to build myself.
I want my money back but I can't and these people do not even have a half decent support!
AWFUL
I made an order for a bikini over a month ago. This is my experience:
1) following payment by credit card I was informed two days later that the order was cancelled because payment wasnt received
2) after checking my account I saw that the transaction had been processed and payment made to Banggood Nicosia (?)
3) I replied to CS saying that there must be a mistake. Their answer No, sorry we didnt receive payment I ask for clarifications... nothing!
4) One day later I get an email from them saying that the item is ready for shipping!
5) I forward email to their useless customer service... they obviously dont know their a. From their elbow!
6) over one month later I havent received the product nor have this people apologised or given me any explanations to what has happened.
Bottom line... DO NOT TRUST BANGGODD.

Themeforest and Porto theme for woocommerce was a scam because in order to take a full advantage...
These people are the worst of the worst lots of the themes they sale they know they are not good...
