I made an order for a bikini over a month ago. This is my experience:
1) following payment by credit card I was informed two days later that the order was cancelled because payment wasnt received
2) after checking my account I saw that the transaction had been processed and payment made to Banggood Nicosia (?)
3) I replied to CS saying that there must be a mistake. Their answer No, sorry we didnt receive payment I ask for clarifications... nothing!
4) One day later I get an email from them saying that the item is ready for shipping!
5) I forward email to their useless customer service... they obviously dont know their a. From their elbow!
6) over one month later I havent received the product nor have this people apologised or given me any explanations to what has happened.
Bottom line... DO NOT TRUST BANGGODD.
