After finally reaching customer service, this issue was addressed to my satisfaction. There is no way to undue the damage, but they did make an effort. For that, I will give Goldbelly another try.

I have used Goldbelly several times…but will never do so again. They offer premium products for premium prices, yet when they literally, or figuratively, fail to deliver, it is impossible to speak with a human being and email responses are untimely and useless. In short, their approach is to point the finger at either the shipper or food provider, they collect their fees, and if you have an issue, too bad. That is how they do business. Need a refund…too bad. Dinner didn't show up…too bad, not our fault. Someone needs to take these insensitive robber barons to court and shut them down. The photo below is a picture of nothing, because that is exactly what Goldbelly delivered when they had a week to do it. The only answer I could get from anyone (and it was via an email long after the meal was expected) was "we are monitoring it), which is BS because UPS didn't even know where it is!
