I bought Optimum 9200A blender as I needed a powerful kitchen help. Unfortunately, a part of smoothies and small amount of seeds, this blender is completely useless. I can't make a patè unless adding tons of butter, I cant process any dough unless liquid. The blades are so short that do not consent the upside down movement of the mixture. Moreover my blender still under warranty stopped and released tiny plastic from the bottom. The assistance service after 15 days emails, videos, leading questions, sent their final response on my blender still under warranty:

- in case something is broken it's your fault
- if the engine somehow is functioning ( it's losing plastics from the bottom.) keep it as it is and if in the next future it breaks it's your fault.
Attached the unbelievable list of questions sent from the assistance (in Italian) and their cryptic response to my substitution request:

-Pulizia: come hai pulito il tuo apparecchio / con quale detersivo / con quale sapone? / Viene lavato in lavastoviglie? Hai immerso il frullatore nell'acqua?
-Cosa stavi frullando quando si è guastato?
-Qual era la quantità che stavi frullando?
-A che velocità stavi frullando?
- Per quanto tempo stavi frullando il contenuto senza una pausa?
-Hai usato il pestello accessorio?
-Hai aggiunto prodotti durante la miscelazione?
-Hai seguito le seguenti istruzioni per la stratificazione?

La stratificazione degli ingredienti è fondamentale: prima i liquidi, poi i cibi morbidi / leggeri / piccoli, poi quelli duri / pesanti / grandi, specialmente gli ingredienti congelati. (la quantità è importante anche qui)

Puoi inviarci le seguenti immagini del tuo frullatore:

- Una vista dall'alto verso il basso guardando nella caraffa che mostra le lame
- Una vista laterale della caraffa
- Una vista dal fondo della caraffa, che mostra la base e il gruppo lame
- Una vista dall'alto verso il basso (a volo d'uccello) della base che mostra la presa del motore (con caraffa rimossa)
- E un breve video di 5-10 secondi della caraffa piena per 1/4 di acqua, il coperchio e il frullatore su qualsiasi funzione preimpostata scelta

Puoi controllare il gruppo lame tenendo la caraffa in mano e facendo quanto segue:

A proposito, il "dente" si riferisce alla parte inferiore del gruppo lame.

1. Usa le dita per ruotare più volte l'ingranaggio alla base della caraffa, è difficile o impossibile girare? Gira solo parzialmente e poi si ferma?
2. Seguendo la stessa procedura di cui sopra, se provi a muovere l'ingranaggio da un lato all'altro, c'è qualche movimento?
3. Con il frullatore scollegato dall'alimentazione, la presa dell'unità oscilla eccessivamente quando si cerca di spostarla da un lato all'altro con le dita?
4. Se si fa ruotare la presa dell'unità sulla base con le dita, si sente allentata?
5. Se provi a far girare la presa di trasmissione sulla macchina con il dito e la muovi per continuare a girare, si ferma immediatamente o gira liberamente?

Se la presa dell'ingranaggio di Trasmissione è danneggiata, potresti sentire il motore continuare a girare ma le lame gireranno lentamente o non gireranno affatto a seconda di quanto sia usurata. Sebbene questo tipo di danno non sia comune, di solito è definito da un odore di bruciato durante l'uso o da un calo delle prestazioni usuali durante la miscelazione dei prodotti.

Se noti questo, fammelo sapere.

FINAL RESPONSE without any phisical inspection of the blender...( 18 Februaru 2024):

Il motore del frullatore è in buone condizioni come mostrato nel video, quindi può continuare a utilizzarlo, ma deve seguire i consigli per frullare come già menzionato.
Un'ultima cosa, lei ha menzionato che (Tutte le parti del frullatore sono in condizioni perfette poiché l'ho usato non più di 5 volte e l'ho sempre lavato a mano.) dicendo "condizioni perfette" non conferma che i cuscinetti siano ok, o che la caraffa non sia deformato poiché le particelle sono uscite dalla base del frullatore, questo significa surriscaldamento o che non ha usato lo strumento pestello o ha frullato troppo a lungo.

La prego di chiedere di condividere una foto che mostri la parte inferiore della caraffa e dall'interno della caraffa e di far confermare che il ingranaggio della lama si sta muovendo liberamente per completare la diagnosi.

L'incidente non è coperto dalla garanzia se deve essere inviato per ispezione o se è necessaria qualsiasi altra parte (lama / guscio della caraffa).

I ALSO WARN YOU that all lots of so-called
"vintage jewelry" of this seller report the following statement "It has been verified using several tests, including an acid test, that this piece is made of 18 kt gold. 750 hallmark stamp".
Which means. The 18 kt stamp is not there. But we have tested the vintage jewel and we assure you that it is gold...

There are currently more than 100 lots on sale of completely fake "vintage jewelry", no reserve price, no 18 KT stamp and with identical repeated coral and turquoise stone drops in multiple lots, identical patterns in both coral and turquoise etc etc
Just looking at the photos of LARAGM lots together, it is clear that this is a bad and coarse printed costume jewelry which, despite numerous appeals, Catawiki allows to be put up for sale as true vintage jewelry.
